Very Uncertain & Interesting Times
We are living in very uncertain times right now. I just thought I’d try and catch you up on everything that I know.
I have personally still had business this week. I had a person from Oregon call me and has purchased a home site unseen. Believe me I would have showed your home if it was in the price range and fit their needs. Also 2 Villas went under contract. I’m telling you this so that you see that maybe there are still buyers out there right now.
I’m asking the sellers if you’re living in your home to provide disinfectant and wipes and maybe even a box of gloves in case you have a showing and you feel comfortable doing it.
My Mantra:
- I am very grateful for this precious gift of life and I’m trying to remain as happy and thankful as I possibly can.
- I try and remember that gratitude should be my attitude.
- I try to remember that I can add joy to each day by making someone else happy.
- We will get through this.
